NaturaLink is an entity available to host people for probation and community service, in cooperation with the competent offices (UEPE / UDEPE) and according to the agreements provided by current law.
Activities focus on public-utility service for the benefit of the environment and wildlife, consistent with the association's purposes. For each path we set up a monthly calendar shared with the person involved.
Agreement with the Court
For community service work and probation ordered by the Court of Gorizia.
Direct agreement with UEPE
A direct agreement with the Office for External Penal Enforcement (UEPE Trieste–Gorizia).
Whatever the path, everything must first go through a communication to UEPE — which we prepare and send — whose approval is required before the activities can begin.
Availability request
The person (or their lawyer/UEPE) contacts us to check availability to host the path.
Communication to UEPE
We prepare and send the communication to UEPE, which must approve the path before it can start.
Introductory interview
We hold an interview to get to know the person and explain the association's activities, terms and purposes.
Agreement and start
On a favorable outcome, the agreement is formalized and a monthly activity calendar is defined.
Carrying out the service
Activities focus on public-utility service, in line with the association's purposes.
