NaturaLink is an entity available to host people for probation and community service, in cooperation with the competent offices (UEPE / UDEPE) and according to the agreements provided by current law.
The agreements we manage
We host paths under the following agreements:
Community service (art. 54, Legislative Decree 274/2000)
Unpaid work for the benefit of the community ordered by the justice of the peace.
Substitute community service (art. 56-bis, Law 689/1981)
Substitute penalty for short prison sentences introduced by the Cartabia reform (2022).
Probation (art. 168-bis of the Criminal Code)
Suspension of proceedings with probation: includes community service and reparative conduct at affiliated entities.
Social inclusion (UDEPE)
Inclusion and social-reintegration paths agreed with UDEPE.
How it works
Everything starts from UEPE: without its go-ahead the path cannot begin. Here are the steps in short — the full guide is at the bottom of the page.
Contact UEPE
Get in touch with the UEPE for the Courts of Trieste and Gorizia and obtain the go-ahead for the path.
Sign up and file your request
Sign in to the portal with Google, fill in the request with your details and message us on WhatsApp.
UEPE accepts your application
UEPE confirms your application from the list of applicants.
Two short meetings
One online talk and one on-site visit at the facility, about 10 minutes each.
Documents and start
Once the facility has availability, a page unlocks for the availability letter and the documents.

Contact the UEPE for the Courts of Trieste and Gorizia
The first step doesn't go through us: whoever wishes to carry out community service or probation contacts the UEPE (Office for External Penal Enforcement) responsible for Trieste and Gorizia, directly or through their lawyer. It is UEPE that gives the go-ahead to start the path: without it the request cannot move forward.

Sign up on the portal and file your request
Once UEPE gives the go-ahead, sign in to this portal with your Google account and fill in the hosting request with your details (first and last name, tax code, date and place of birth, contacts and program). Then send a WhatsApp message to the number UEPE will give you, stating: first and last name, date and place of birth, place of residence and tax code.

UEPE accepts your application
UEPE reviews the list of applicants and accepts the applications compatible with the facility. The status of your request is always visible on this page, in the dedicated panel.

Two introductory meetings
We schedule two short meetings together: the first online, about 10 minutes, to get to know each other and answer your first questions; the second in person at our facility at Via Grado, 28 — 34075 Terranova (GO), again about 10 minutes, to see the spaces and define activities and schedule.

Availability letter, documents and start
If the facility has availability, a dedicated page unlocks on the portal: from there you can download the availability letter, upload the requested documents and, once the path starts, record your service hours and follow the activity calendar.
